This ancient palmento (an ancient wine-making facility) inside it revives the peasant civilisation of the past also thanks to the creation of a museum of peasant civilisation as a historical testimony for future generations. The entire recovery and restoration of the ancient palmento has also obtained recognition by the FICLU (Italian Federation of UNESCO Clubs).
